Before you write
If your question is about how the game is played, the How to Play page is usually the fastest answer. If you are reporting a bug, telling us which mode it happened in (Duel, Arena, Marathon, Word of the Day) and roughly when speeds things up a lot.

Getting in Touch With GuessClash
This page reaches a person, not a queue. Whatever you send arrives as a support ticket, and the reply comes back to the same place — you can open your requests at any time and carry on the conversation there rather than digging through an inbox. Most messages are answered within a day or two, and you do not need an account to write — leaving an address is enough for a reply to find you.
Some things are worth including when you write. If a match went wrong, the mode and roughly when it happened are usually enough to find it. If a page looks broken, say which device and which browser you were using; a phone in an app and a laptop in Chrome are genuinely different environments and the difference often is the bug. If the problem is an account — a name you cannot change, progress that seems to have vanished, a sign-in that will not take — tell us the username, never the password. Nobody here will ever ask you for one.
The same address handles the rest of it: a word that should not be in the dictionary, a player behaving badly, an advertising or sponsorship enquiry, a partnership, or a feature you think is missing. Suggestions genuinely do get built. A fair share of what is on the site now started as somebody complaining that a button was in the wrong place, and the news page usually credits the change to the week it was asked for.

For everything else, write — and while you wait for a reply, the word games carry on without us: a duel, the daily crossword game, or a quiet word puzzle in Marathon.
